How Can help you?

From which countries do you source generic medicines?

Most of our generic medicines are manufactured in India and the European Union, in compliance with strict international quality and safety standards. These facilities operate under regulations similar to those in the USA and Canada.

Are these generic medicines safe?

Yes. All medicines supplied by Medzoma are produced according to international Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and meet the highest standards for safety, efficacy, and quality. Our suppliers are reputable, licensed manufacturers.

How do I order prescription medicines online?

To order a prescription medicine, email a scanned copy of your prescription to support@medzoma.com after placing your order. Prescription copies must be clear, valid, and issued by a licensed healthcare provider.

What is the expiry date on the medicines I receive?

The minimum expiry date on your delivered medicine will not be less than 6 months from the date of shipment. If you need a longer expiry, inform our support team when ordering—we will do our best to accommodate your request.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 10–14 days after shipping. In rare cases—such as customs delays or flight changes—delivery may take up to 30 days. International customs clearance is beyond our control and may extend the waiting time.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order using the tracking number provided by our logistics partner. If you do not receive a tracking number, contact our support team for assistance.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order only before it is dispatched. If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible. In some cases, orders are processed within 12 hours of placement.

What if I receive the wrong dosage?

If you receive the wrong dosage, contact us immediately. We will arrange to send the correct product at no extra charge.

I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email. Why?

Confirmation emails are sent automatically after completing your order. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder. If you entered an incorrect email address, you’ll need to register again with the correct details.

Why can’t I find a medicine I bought at a local pharmacy?

Some medicines available at local pharmacies may not be available online due to different regulations for online sales or because they are classified as medical devices. Always check our website or contact support for real-time availability.

Why can’t I pay with my card?
  • Ensure you entered the security code (CVV) in the payment form.
  • Some banks require additional authentication (e.g., Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode).
  • Your transaction may be declined if there are insufficient funds on your card.
  • If issues persist, contact your bank or our support team for assistance.
How secure are my card details?

All payments are processed securely. Medzoma uses SSL encryption for sensitive information. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
